The Logistic Support in Goldfish Boat has the intention to work as a support service for the Integrated Logistic Support for our professional customers. The Logistic Support shall ensure that the deliveries is used, maintained, supplied and stored in a safe and suitable way that gives the end users the best operative availability on the Goldfish product. Goldfish gives support regarding spare parts, maintenance and training.
SPARE PARTS
Goldfish deliver genuine spareparts, Quality checked and controlled before delivery to ensure operational availability. We have a dedicated stockpile for professional customers to ensure short time deliveries of critical items.
MAINTENANCE
Goldfish has 24h support service for our proffessional customer to advise on technical matters during Intermediate or Organisational maintenance
TRAINING
All deliveries to proffesional customers include driving courses and system courses. For lager projects, tailored courses will be arranged according to customer requirements. Goldfish Boat has highly skilled boat drivers to performe useful driving lessons even for the most skilled users.
