Long distance Crossing
Adventures made easy...
Exploring long distance driving
The season of 2017 has opened. The hand-overs have started here at the Goldfish Factory.
Having a new boat built should give you excitement, dreams of adventures and plans for the summer. It also presents you with some practical challenges. One of them is how do I get my new Goldfish to my home port. Most of our builds travel far before they reach their port. The preferred choice is often by road. A truck will take it secure and fast to the destination.
Safe is never the most exciting option. That is why we, with great enthusiasm, tell the story of three RIB’s that will travel far on their own keel.
“Exploring the Horizon” is one of the tag lines we use on our website. It’s said with a serious tone. Our wish is that the work we put into each unique build will provide you with a tool to go places you’ve never been before. We want the boat to expand your action radius in a safe and adventures way.
That said, we must say it takes courage to take a boat your not familiar with on such a travel.
RIPPING THROUGH REALITY
38 SuperSport Build no. 012
Build no. 012 is headed south. Their destination is Belgium. The route will start along the coast of Norway and Sweden to Smøgen before crossing to Denmark, Skagen. Another option will be to follow the other coast of Norway to Arendal before crossing. This will all depend on the weather and conditions that day. After the crossing waits the long coast of Denmark, Germany, Netherlands before familiar waters in Belgium.
THE HORIZONE CHASER
Goldfish 29 RIB Tender Build no. 096
Build no. 096 is going North. Her new home port is right outside Trondheim. The around the southern part of Norway will expose them for the Northern Sea where the conditions can be quite challenging.
RIPPING THROUGH REALITY
38 SuperSport Build no. 004
Build no. 004 is also going North. Their final destination is Bodø, Norway. 004 and 096 will be able to keep company for large part of the journey. I have never been able to see the northern part of Norway from the waterside, but it’s definitely on the “to-do list”. I’m sure the lust to follow 004 and 096 will be any less after they have shared their adventure.
We wish all the owners good luck on their journeys and encourage them to send us pictures and “bragging stories” from the adventure.
We love to hear about how the boats are used and to tell the story. Please send us, call us, invite us to join all adventures including a Goldfish. Either small or big… Sales@goldfishboat.com
