We hope you enjoy your Goldfish. We stand by our product and will support it and you as best we can. We cover all claims that pass under the Goldfish Limited Warranty. Please submit the form below, and allow for some time for us to consider the claim, confer with sub-suppliers and get back to you.

When can I expect to hear back from Goldfish regarding my claim?

We usually reply to all claims within three working days. If you are curious about the progress, send an email to Goldfish Service – service@goldfishboat.com

How does Goldfish solve approved warranty claims?

Goldfish Service consists of a combination of traveling service teams and local knowledgeable service points. How your approved claim is solved depends on the problem’s nature. Some solutions might require you to bring your boat to our Goldfish Boat workshop in Son – or alternative locations (per agreement with Goldfish Service).

Will Goldfish pick up my boat at my dock/berth?

No. The boat must be brought to a suitable location for repair. The Goldfish representative handling your claim will inform you of an appropriate site for the repair.

Can I request other work done on my boat as well?

Sure. Don’t hesitate to ask Goldfish Service for a quote on upgrades or other work you would like done when we are at it.

What if my claim is denied?

If your claim isn’t covered, Goldfish Service will quote you the repair. We will always do our best to help you keep your boat in operation.
